- Considering that some of the problems with Tesla’s touchscreen dashboard are that it has many small icons, menu options that are hidden under other menus, windows and tabs placed in non-standard locations – among many other issues discussed in the article – how do these problems effect the cognitive load of the driver? Explain your answer with respect to how we preceive and process information with respect to our human abilities.

Finally, answer the following two questions with a paragraph each (each 150-200 words):
- Explain why Amazon’s attempt to foster more completed user purchases could be considered a dark pattern? Also explain which type of dark pattern it is most similar to. (3 points)
- Explain how you could redesign Amazon’s coupon pattern to be less deceptive. (2 points)
